Partnerships
UPO's extensive partnership of agencies, organizations, and special programs provides core community services throughout the District of Columbia. These services, which are directly operated by UPO or independent agencies, include: specialized hotlines, senior citizens activities, child care services and neighborhood programs.
Other services include: youth and senior citizens programs, housing assistance, employment training and placement and emergency care.
