Our state certified training courses equip low-income DC residents with valuable workforce skills placing them on a pathway to employment. Adult Education and Training provide marketable skills training certifications in the following areas:




Customer Service Training integrated with Certified Professional Food Manager

Culinary Arts Training for Veterans

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Training

Hospitality

IT Help Desk Technician Training
IT Help Desk Technician Training Application

The eligibility requirements for all interested applicants must be D.C. residents, meet CSBG income guidelines, pass Casas assessment, pass drug screening and be age 18 or over. Registration and intake take place at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st Tuesday and the 1st Wednesday of each month.
