Early Education
Parent Involvement is responsible for ensuring the active engagement and participation of parents in their children's education and development. The program ensures compliance with all local and federal requirements relating to parenting participation, training and volunteering in Head Start. Parent Involvement tracks, monitors, encourages and reports on parent volunteerism while supporting and coordinating all parent education initiatives, family literacy initiative and the policy council initiative. We also work closely with Family Services to support family partnership and agreement in order to achieve the program's goals.
