Food Handler Training

The Food Handler certification is a national certification for individuals who are interested in working in the food service industry or who currently work in the field. This one-week training course provides in-depth knowledge of the food handling and safety protocols for working in the food service industry.

This certification is offered to assist job seekers in becoming more marketable and to assist individuals that are currently working in the food service industry with the re-certification requirement. An exam is administered by certifying agency Prometric as part of the completion of this course for individuals to becoming nationally certified Professional Food Service Managers.
