EBT (Electronic Benefits) Centers

Electronic Benefits
Centers

EBT is an electronic system that provides easy access to government benefits using an automated card system. Our center location offers training for customers in the use of the system. EBT replaces paper food stamps and checks; is safer and more secure than carrying cash or checks; allows for faster payments; and is convenient and easy to use.

Customers must provide proof of Washington DC residency, proof of income, and must meet the CSBG poverty guidelines.

For more information contact EBT manager Sherolyn Holmes at (202) 543-6680 or via e-mail at hstreetebt@hotmail.com You may also visit the Anacostia Community Service Center at 1649 Good Hope Road. SE., Washington DC The center is open from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
