Emergency Services
UPO offers emergency services and referrals to DC residents. UPO partners with other community organizations to assist with the needs of the community. If there is a need that UPO cannot meet, we will refer you to another organization that can assist you. Emergency referrals include, but are not limited to: food, clothing and furniture assistance.
Referrals are seen Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-12pm at the Petey Greene Community Service Center at 2907 Martin Luther King, Jr., Ave., S.E. Washington, DC 20032.
