Since Cheh's Emergency Legislation has not been made official, respondents will not be required to abide by the regulations as stated in the Amendment to the RFQ. Evaluation of submissions will not consider the regulations
listed in Cheh's Emergency Legislation. The deadline date for submissions is still October 19th at 9:00 a.m.
